MyRealEstateDirectory is an independent directory of verified real-estate professionals. Agents, brokers, property managers, inspectors, stagers, photographers, lenders, title companies, contractors — all in one place, all cross-checked against state license databases, all rated by public reviews we didn't write.
Why we built it
Finding a competent local real-estate pro shouldn't be a stack of paid Google ads from agents who happened to bid the most. Most "Top Realtor" lists are pay-to-play. Most license directories are state-by-state and inscrutable. We pulled them into one searchable place, verified the names, and stopped letting anyone buy their way to the top.
How we make money
Three tiers — free, verified, and sponsored. Sponsored listings get top-of-category placement and are always labeled Sponsored. Verified listings pay a flat $9/month for the cross-check. Free listings exist forever, exactly because we don't want to be a paywall on basic discovery. Advertising on the site itself is served by our own ad network, AdServerAI.
What we verify
- State license numbers against the issuing agency's public database
- Business filings (Secretary of State or equivalent)
- Active web presence
- No active disciplinary actions at the time of review
