Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myrealestatedirectory.com and the directory Services provided by Sagentica ("Company", "we"). By creating an account, submitting a listing, or using the Services, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract. If you accept on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind it.
2. Listings + your content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (descriptions, photos, license claims).
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content in the Services.
- You warrant claims you submit are accurate — including license numbers, geographic service area, and certifications.
- We may remove listings that violate these Terms or contain false claims.
3. Acceptable use
- No false license numbers, fake reviews, or misrepresented service areas.
- No scraping, automated submission, or interference with the Services.
- No discriminatory, harassing, or illegal content.
4. Paid placements + payments
Verified ($9/mo) and Sponsored ($79/mo) tiers are billed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or for documented billing errors. Cancellations apply at the next billing cycle.
5. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." We don't guarantee a particular volume of inquiries, conversions, or business outcomes. License verifications confirm public-record claims at the time of review — we don't continuously monitor.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
7. Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach.
9. Governing law
Governed by Florida law. Exclusive venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; new version posted here with updated date. Continued use is acceptance.
